State 1177 is a NAP state. This means, we maintain a non-aggression pact with a total of 6 alliances. There is a NAP chat channel in which R4's from the alliances will negotiate and agree to share a certain number of resources. This includes forts and strongholds. As a result this leaves forts and strongholds under 2 categories:

• Allocated: the facility has been allocted to an alliance, no battle will take place
• Unallocated: the facility has not been allocted to an alliance and is open to contest/battle

Below we will discuss how MDL handles these situations.

ALLOCATED ("ours")

In this instance, the facility has been assinged to MDL. Once the facility opens for attack, an R4 will open a rally from the MDL hive. You can join the rally using the following settings:

Troops:

• Primary Hero: Patrick
• Infantry: 50,000
• Lancers: 20,000
• Marksmen: 0

Facilities that are assinged to MDL will be marked on the map. There is no need to teleport to the building, you can stay in the MDL hive and simply join the R4's rally.

UNALLOCATED ("not ours")

Facilities that are not assigned to an alliance are open to contest. There will be occasions in which we engage in combat with other alliances to gain control of the facility. In this instance the attack will be planned many hours ion advance. The facility will be marked on the map.

If you plan to participate in the battle, you will need to teleport to the facility once the R4 gives instructions to do so. You cannot rally or join the rally from the hive unless you are willing to sacrifice your own speed ups. Rally times may only be 1 minute, so keep this in mind!

Hero and troop settings for ATTACKING a facility:

• Primary Hero: Jessie
• Infantry: 20%
• Lancers: 30%
• Marksmen: 50%

Hero and troop settings for DEFENDING a facility:

• Primary Hero: Patrick
• Infantry: 60%
• Lancers: 40%
• Marksmen: 0%

Once we have taken control of the facility you will need to change your heros and troop settings to match the defensive format above.

FINAL DETAILS

Rewards are distributed evenly among particpants after the event. It may take several hours for rewards to be issued, but rest assured, if you participated, you will receive them. Absolutely, never, ever, at any point, attack a facility by yourself (aka "solo attack"). This is against NAP rules and you will face the fury of the full state.
